(“Services”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not

2. Service Description

Vanessa Bali Massage provides professional massage therapy services in Bali, Indonesia. Our services
include but are not limited to Balinese massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, couple
massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and other specialized treatments as listed on our Website.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

• Bookings can be made through our Website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• All bookings are subject to availability
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Confirmation of booking will be sent via WhatsApp or email

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments
• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Special promotions and packages cannot be combined with other offers

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service price
• Refunds are provided at the discretion of management
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose:

• Any medical conditions or injuries
• Pregnancy or recent surgery
• Allergies to oils or products
• Any medications being taken
• Communicable diseases or skin conditions

5.2 Conduct

• Arrive on time for appointments

• Do not attend appointments under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Mobile phones must be silent during treatments

• Stop treatment if client discomfort or inappropriate behavior occurs
• Require clients to disrobe to their comfort level

strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent,

8. Health and Safety

8.1 COVID-19 and Health Protocols

• Follow all posted health and safety guidelines
• Inform staff if you are experiencing any illness symptoms
• Use provided hand sanitizer upon arrival
• Maintain appropriate physical distancing when possible

8.2 Treatment Safety

• Communicate any discomfort during treatment immediately
• Some soreness after deep tissue massage is normal
• Drink plenty of water after treatments
• Follow post-treatment care instructions provided by therapists
